Quick Strawberry Fluff

Kids love Jell-O, and it definitely is a fun, fruity treat. My problem is that you have to think way ahead to make it so it has time to set. I'd like to be, but am usually not that on top of things!😂 I love recipes that I can whip up right at dinnertime.....and this recipe takes about 5 minutes to put together! Creamy and full of sweet strawberries, this fluffy salad will be a hit with kids and adults alike!

Quick Strawberry Fluff

Serves 6-8

1 (8 oz.) container whipped topping, thawed

1 (3 oz.) box strawberry gelatin

1 (16 oz.) container cottage cheese

1/2 lb. strawberries, sliced

In a mixing bowl, stir together the whipped topping and strawberry gelatin until smooth and gelatin is dissolved. Stir in the cottage cheese. Carefully fold in the sliced strawberries, leaving a few for the top if desired. Refrigerate until ready to eat, or serve immediately.

Step-by-step tutorial:

Gather your ingredients. You will need an 8 oz. container of whipped topping (thawed), a 3 oz. box of strawberry gelatin, a 16 oz. container of cottage cheese, and strawberries.

In a mixing bowl, add the whipped topping and pour in the gelatin.

Stir until smooth and the gelatin is mostly dissolved.

Stir in the cottage cheese.

Carefully fold in the sliced strawberries.

I like a few strawberries on the top to make it look pretty.

Refrigerate until ready to eat, or eat right away!

Is that not the fastest Jell-O salad you've ever made!? It's so light and tasty. It makes a great side to any dinner!
