Cucumber Lime Punch

Updated: Dec 1, 2021

This Cucumber Lime Punch is our family favorite, and bonus for me, it couldn't be easier to make! I got this recipe from a wonderful friend when her family lived here in Virginia. It really brings back fun memories of our time with them because I miss her so much! She is an amazing cook (among MANY other things) and several of my best recipes come from her. Light, refreshing, and a really unique combination of flavors that you are going to love. My kids request this often! It is the perfect holiday drink with it's green accents of cucumbers and limes. It will make your Christmas extra special.

Cucumber Lime Punch

Serves 6-8

1 (12 oz.) can frozen limeade concentrate

1 2-liter bottle lemon-lime soda

1 cucumber, sliced

1 lime, sliced

Combine the limeade and soda, stirring until limeade is dissolved. Top with cucumber slices. Serve with additional cucumber slices and lime wedges if desired.

*This recipe can easily be doubled or tripled for parties. It looks beautiful in a punch bowl with the cucumbers floating on top. The above amount is perfect for a large pitcher.

Step-by-step tutorial:

Gather your ingredients. You will need a can of frozen limeade concentrate, and 2-liter bottle of lemon-lime soda, and a cucumber.

In a large pitcher, add a (12 oz.) can of frozen limeade concentrate. I let the can sit out on the counter for a few minutes so it's slushy when I pour it out.

Add the entire 2-liter bottle of lemon-lime soda. Stir until the limeade is dissolved, then add the sliced cucumber.

I love serving it in pretty glass pitchers or carafes, but this also looks beautiful in a punch bowl!

I think it is just so pretty! And the flavor is so refreshing with the addition of cucumbers. You can put sliced limes in as well to add more flavor, or just serve with them on the side.

This special drink will make your holidays even brighter! Anyone that tries this instantly wants to know how to make it! So refreshing and delicious. Happy holidays!
