Lemon-lime soda
Pop Rocks candy
In each cup, put a scoop of ice cream, followed by 1/3 of the Pop Rocks candy, then repeat twice topping with remaining Pop Rocks. Slowly pour the soda over the ice cream and serve immediately.
Step-by-step tutorial:
This is pretty simple. Gather your ingredients. You will need vanilla ice cream, lemon-lime soda, and Pop Rocks candy. I ordered mine on Amazon, but many candy stores carry them. For the 4th of July it's fun to get red and blue Pop Rocks.
Layer the ice cream and candy in a tall glass. Pour soda over all and enjoy the popping and fizzing going on!
Add a few straws and enjoy the fireworks going off inside your mouth!
