Tiger Butter Fudge

If you are a chocolate and peanut butter fan, this is the fudge for you! We love the layers that give you a good mixture of flavor with each bite. This comes together so fast, and sets quickly as well, so you can have fudge just like they sell in amusement parks within an hour. Dangerous, I know.

Tiger Butter Fudge

Makes an 8x8" pan

2 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips, divided

1 cup white chocolate chips

1 cup peanut butter chips

2 (14 oz.) cans sweetened condensed milk

1 teaspoon vegetable oil

Like an 8x8" baking dish with aluminum foil and lightly spray with non-stick cooking spray. In a large glass measuring cup, add 2 cups milk chocolate chips and one can sweetened condensed milk. Cook in the microwave on high for about 60 seconds; remove and stir. Continue to microwave in 15 second intervals, stirring between, until completely melted and smooth. Pour this mixture into the prepared dish. In another glass measuring cup, add the white chocolate chips and peanut butter chips along with the second can of sweetened condensed milk. Cook in the microwave on high for 60 seconds; remove and stir. Continue to microwave in 15 second intervals, stirring between, until completely melted and smooth. Pour the white chocolate mixture over the other fudge mixture in the dish. In a small bowl, combine 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips and vegetable oil. Melt in the microwave for 15 seconds, repeating and stirring as needed, until completely melted and smooth. Pour into a plastic sandwich bag or piping bag, cut a small piece of the corner, and drizzle over the top of the fudge. Place in the refrigerator for about an hour, then lift out with the foil and cut into squares.

Step-by-step tutorial:

Gather your ingredients. You will need a big bag of milk chocolate chips, a bag of white chocolate chips, a bag of peanut butter chips, 2 cans sweetened condensed milk, and vegetable oil.

In a large glass measuring cup, add 2 cups milk chocolate chips and one can sweetened condensed milk. Microwave on high for 60 seconds and stir. Continue microwaving in 15 second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth. Pour into the prepared 8x8" baking dish (lined with foil and sprayed).

In a second glass measuring cup, add the white chocolate and peanut butter chips and the second can of sweetened condensed milk. Microwave on high 60 seconds and stir. Repeat in 15 second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth. Pour over the milk chocolate layer.

In another bowl, add 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips and 1 teaspoon oil. Microwave for 15 seconds and stir. Repeat until melted and smooth. Pour into a zip sandwich bag (I put the bag into a measuring cup to hold it open to make pouring easy). Cut the corner of the bag the size you want your drizzle.

Drizzle the chocolate over the fudge in whatever pattern you like. Place the fudge into the refrigerator for an hour or until set.

Remove the fudge with the foil from the baking dish. Peel off the foil and place on a cutting board. Cut into squares.

This fudge is nice and thick! It cuts so easily and is loved by all!
