I've got another refreshing and fun drink for you during the hot summer! This involves whipping up two different parts in a blender, then swirling them in a cup. Strawberries, pineapple, and coconut are the stars in this sipper. Kids will love swirling them together with their straw!

Strawberry Pineapple Swirl Smoothie

Serves 5

1 (16 oz.) bag frozen strawberries

1 cup water

1/2 cup sugar

1 (15 oz.) can cream of coconut

2 (6 oz.) cans pineapple juice (or about 2 cups)

1/2 cup milk

Ice

In a blender, add strawberries, water, and sugar. Puree until completely smooth. Pour into a pitcher and set aside. Wash out the blender, then add cream of coconut, pineapple juice, and milk. Add ice until it reaches the top of the liquid ingredients. Blend until slushy. Evenly pour the strawberry mixture among four cups. Pour in the pineapple/coconut slush to the top of the glass, then swirl with a straw.
