Step-by-step tutorial:

Gather your ingredients. You will need 2 large chicken breasts, butter, GF cream of chicken soup, cream cheese, and Italian dressing mix.

Place the chicken breasts in a greased or lined slow cooker. Slow cooker liners are a lifesaver and have kept my slow cooker looking like new for years! In a glass measuring cup, melt 1/4 cup butter, then stir in the soup and Italian dressing mix. Pour over the chicken.

Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or high or 3-3 1/2 hours on low.

Shred the chicken with two forks.

Add an 8 oz. block of cream cheese and stir until melted and smooth.

This creamy chicken gravy is out of this world! And how easy was that? Comfort food at it's finest. You can serve it over rice or pasta.

Add some fruit and a vegetable, and you've got yourself a complete meal that is both filling and delicious!
