Step-by-step tutorial:

Gather your ingredients. You will need a gluten free rice crispy cereal, miniature marshmallows, butter, food coloring, almond extract, Rolos, and M&M's. I had a regular pack of M&M's and just picked out the green ones. :)

In a large microwave safe bowl, add 1/4 cup butter and 4 cups marshmallows. Microwave on high for 1 minute, then stir until completely melted. Add 4 drops of red food coloring, and 10 drops of yellow. Stir until combined. Add more food coloring to get desired orange color. Add 1/2 teaspoon almond extract..... this gives it wonderful flavor!

Add 6 cups of cereal and stir to coat all really well.

Using wet or greased hands, form into about 9 balls. Place on parchment and press an indent in the top of each.

Place one Rolo for the stem and one green M&M for the leaf on top of each pumpkin. Allow to set.
