Quick Chili

For a fast and super simple weeknight meal, try this quick chili! It really lives up to its name and comes together so quickly. Delicious, and comforting, this chili is a family favorite. Serve topped with shredded cheese and your favorite crackers. It warms you from the inside out!


Quick Chili

Serves 6

1 lb. ground beef

1/2 medium onion, chopped

1 (20 oz.) can pork and beans

1 qt. tomato juice

1 tablespoon brown sugar

Salt and pepper to taste

In a large pan, brown the ground beef and onion until no longer pink. Drain, then add the beans, tomato juice, and brown sugar. Add salt and pepper to taste. Heat through and serve.


Step-by-step tutorial:

Gather your ingredients. You will need a pound of ground beef, an onion, a large can of pork and beans, a quart of tomato juice, brown sugar, and salt and pepper.

Ready for the fastest dinner ever? In a large pan, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion until no longer pink. Drain. Add the remaining ingredients, seasoning to taste.

Heat through and serve! Easy, right?

We love it with shredded cheddar cheese on top. We also love to crush or dip Schar's GF Table Crackers (very similar to saltines) in the chili.

It's a weeknight meal that comes together fast, but you will feel full and satisfied. Kids really love this chili because it's so simple, without any "green things" in it!
