Grilled Ham with Mustard Cream Sauce

Simple dinners are right up my alley, especially with busy family schedules. It's so important to me to sit down together for a meal every day, so I try my best to plan dinners accordingly, then just go with who we have. But one thing that I can contribute to this goal is a meal plan with easy dinners! This delicious ham steak is so fast and easy, it's hardly a recipe. The sauce is the star of this dish and will take an ordinary dinner to extraordinary!

Grilled Ham with Mustard Cream Sauce

Serves 4

1 large (20 oz.) or 4 individual (5 oz.) boneless fully cooked ham steaks

1/4 cup honey mustard

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions

Grill the ham steak over medium high heat to warm through, flipping once to get grill lines on both sides. In a small saucepan, heat together the honey mustard, sour cream, and green onions until warm. Serve with ham.

Step-by-step tutorial:

Ready for the easiest recipe around? Gather your ingredients. You will need a large ham steak or individual ham steaks for your family. You will also need honey mustard, sour cream, and a bunch of green onions.

Chop the green onions to get around 1/4 cup.

In a small saucepan, combine 1/4 cup honey mustard and 1/2 cup sour cream.

Add the chopped green onions and heat through.

Grill the ham steak over medium high heat until warm throughout and grill lines are on both sides. It's already fully cooked, so this takes no time at all! Serve with the mustard cream sauce. So easy!! We love to eat this with sweet potato fries and a green salad. Dinner will be on the table before you know it!
