Step-by-step tutorial:

Gather your ingredients. You will need 1 lb. ground beef, tomato sauce, onion soup mix, gluten free elbow macaroni, brown sugar, and cheddar cheese.

Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain. In a medium saucepan, brown ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain.

Add 1 can tomato sauce to ground beef.

Add 1 tablespoon brown sugar. This is a cooking trick I learned from my mom. Anytime you make something with tomato sauce, add just a little brown sugar and it takes away any bitterness of the tomatoes and makes it so good!

Add 1 envelope onion soup mix.....this gives so much good flavor without onion chunks that kids detest! Stir all until combined. Cover with a lid and let it simmer for 5 minutes.

Add the cooked macaroni and stir to combine.

Pour the cheeseburger pasta into a baking dish.

Cover the entire thing with LOTS of shredded cheddar cheese. Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Spoon into bowls and enjoy! Your kids will thank you!
